Book Study

Book Study - Virtual

Neural Education is excited to announce our second Spring book study.  Each time we highlight a different book that uses cutting edge Neural Science to apply in the classroom.

For the Spring of 2023, Neural Education is reviving a hands-on deep dive into "The Brain-Based Classroom" by Dr. Kieran O'Mahoney.

The book study meets virtually once or twice a month on Monday from January - May.  Each session, a section of the chosen book is reviewed with discussion and conversations with the hosting Neural Education Champion.

ALL educators welcome.  Joining the book study is free, but does require registration.

Each month we will dive into the featured Neural Science book and explore the relevant and timely topic that can be applied to the classroom.   By participating you will:

  • learn how to apply the topics in the book
  • potentially earn clock hours (separate fee)
  • connect with like-minded educators

Neural Education is THE thing - the thing that changed everything - the thing that returned my sanity - the thing that reignited my passion for teaching."
