Neural Education is excited to announce our spring book study.
See below for dates.
For spring 2024, Neural Education’s featured book is:
Street Data
Join us on a journey through the groundbreaking book by Shane Safir and Jamila Dugan. In this book study, we delve into the intersection of neuroscience, assessment, and the voices of students to redefine how we perceive and utilize data in education.
Drawing upon insights from neuroscience, we’ll explore how to leverage street data to enhance educational opportunities through an asset-based model built around students’ brilliance, cultural wealth, and intellectual potential.
Don't miss this opportunity to engage in a thought-provoking dialogue with other educators as we challenge our preconceptions about knowledge, assessment, and what really matters when it comes to educating young people.
Facilitated by Neural Education Champions, Mary Snyder and Dawn Pringle.
About the Book Study
EACH WEEK we will dive into the featured book and explore relevant and timely topics that can be applied to the classroom. By participating you will:
